I watched this film last night. I thought it was brilliant. The plot was very clever and christian bale was very convincing and played the part amazingly well. He lost a lot of weight for this film which shows commitment.

FLYERS++

I really like collecting flyers. I have quite a few and for some reason i like to cover my walls with any type of advertisement i think looks good. Im really interested in flyer design and it is something id like to get into.

I really like this video. I thinks its very visually interesting. I think the montage of eery, dark and strange clips work really very well with the music. I have have always wanted to try my hand at video montage and i think this video has inspired me even more to try my hand at it...

Troy Paiva is a night photographer. He mainly takes photos out in the american desert. The photos mainly consist of derelict, lost and destroyed things. I like his work as he uses coloured light to paint the dead objects and bring them sumwhat back to life.

this is one of my all time favourite adverts. I think the idea is fantasic and the fact they did it in real life without the aid of computers is even better. This is the makin g of video, showing how they actually created and filmed it.

I thought I should write in my blog since I havnt for a while, Im sat in bed in room 23 and its -- wed 00:32-- I don't have to get up tommorow but I should really to do some work. Since I found out im leaving Sunderland I think I have been ignoring my work a bit, I shouldn't really as I might aswell get my money's worth and learn everything I can.

Wen't out to point last night and it was rubbish as per usual, im not going to miss the nights out up here thats for sure, everyone else seems to be easily satisfied by the awfull music and drunken dancing. It may have been ok for the first couple of months but now its really quite boring and frustrating. No one ever seems to want to do anything different and we end up doing the same every week. I have been here half a year nearly and have barely seen or donee anything but the same things every week. I feel like im in a job allready, nothing spontaneous happens ever, just the same dull routine everyday...

despite this I only have 5 weeks left and I must admit that i am going to miss all the friends I have made while i have been up here, I have met some truely brilliant people and now i have to go back to leeds and make new friends all over again....

Im getting kinda bored at home to be honest, i want to go back to sunderland but i can't until i get kmy new spectacles.

im going to get some old school nerd glasses, i figured im allready seen as a nerd so i might aswell do the whole nerd thing well.

I only have 6 or so weeks left in Sunderland now, im going to miss it quite a lot i think, i have met some brilliant people while i have been up there. At the same time though im really excited about going back to leeds art college, i think i will fit in more there.

So I had my interview for Leeds Art College a couple of days ago. It took quite a while, I was sat waiting to be interviewed for 2 hours. The interview only last 20minutes or so. Im not too sure how it went, I really don't like interviews at all. I do really hope I got onto this course though as it seems to be very good and where i want to be. I guess I shall just have to wait untill I recieve the letter. Being the pesimist I am I'm not feeling all too confident at the moment :/
